No Charge Consultation

Would you like the opportunity to talk with the Doctor one-on-one to see if chiropractic might help you or a loved one?

Our office is offering you the chance for a consultation at no  charge to you, to find out if chiropractic care can help. Just contact the link below and our staff will contact you to set-up a consultation with the doctor to discuss your individual health problems and concerns.

If Doctor Corbin feels he can help you, he will tell you. If he determines that you are not a chiropractic case, he will recommend another health care provider to assist you. There will be no charge for this in-person consultation.
